HOW MARKETING AUTOMATION INCREASES ENROLLMENT

AutomationThe world of dance has changed drastically in the last 5 years.  It is no longer enough to own a dance studio and know everything about dance perfection. There are MANY places to advertise and much more competition.  NOW you have to be a marketing expert as well. This article is about automating some of your marketing and offers you an affordable alternative to automating some of your marketing.

What is marketing automation?

Generally, marketing automation is when you get a lead (in person, phone call or from your website) AND that person is gently reminded or encouraged to enroll in your studio, AUTOMATICALLY.  

There are large companies that do this like:

How it works:

STEP 1:An ad is placed online.  This can be Facebook, Google, or  of course YOUR WEBSITE!

A LANDING PAGE is made to gather leads and take them through a sales funnel.  A website is more informational and doesn't have a "form".

STEP 3: The prospective client is enticed by an offer, to enter their information,(In our case, a free demo) which is then collected in both a DATA BASE as well as emailed to the company using marketing automation.

STEP 4:  The next step is determined by the company.  A person from your studio can call the lead, or email the lead, or do both.

STEP 5: If your leads are automatically dumped into a data base, a series of pre-written emails can be generated and timed to go out every 3 weeks automatically. 

Costs

If you use a marketing automation company, monthly costs can be $500 or more. If you are a large studio, this cost is worth the conversion to increase enrollment. Basically, if you get 4 new students a month, this service pays for itself and more.
